I grew up in a small southern town near the foothills of the Appalachians in North Carolina. I received a formal education in architecture, and, had a short lived career in commercial design before I moved to Northern California to be closer to my wife's family. While I was unable to find a work in my chosen field, I found work as a local EMT/Firefighter and found an apprenticeship at a local tattoo studio in the fall of 2008. Once my apprenticeship was completed, my family and I moved to the Myrtle Beach area to work as a full time tattoo artist. I draw my colorful and eccentric style from a variety of inspirational sources including; Neo-Traditional, Art Nouveau and other classic imagery. When I'm not tattooing or spending time with my beautiful family, you can catch me drawing, painting, working on my hot rod or just sitting on the front porch pickin' on my banjo.
