Born and raised in Akron, Ohio. Amber found her love of art in early years learning from her grandmother who painted landscapes and wooden holiday characters that her husband would cut out for her. Amber moved to Pennsylvania for ten years, and went to college in West Virginia for Fitness and Excersize Science. After no luck in finding what her true passion was, she came back to Ohio to be with her family. "I never wanted art to be what I did everyday and get sick of it". Then after about four years, Amber started an apprenticeship with Scott Schottenhiemer, at Knuckle Up Ink. She found family there. Others who knew the potential of coming together to make something beautiful happen. Working toward the goal of making every person count, and every artist proud to be able to do what they love.
