This was for the first album I was asked to provide a cover for, back in 1998. It was the debut release by a new indie startup entitled Purity Records, and the release was a compilation with several bands. It was entitled "The Stae of Northeast Hardcore". I used myself as a reference and had my brother mail me acupuncture needles from his medical school so I could glue them on. Oil on canvas, 20" by 20".
