Dead Ed Zimmer is a multi-award winning artist from the Cleveland, Ohio area. With over eleven years of experience, Dead Ed has worked everywhere from street shops in Cleveland to fully custom art-based shops in Willoughby and Akron. Because of his well-rounded background as an artist, Dead Ed has received recognition through several blogs and tattoo based websites and has been published in magazines, including the internationally published Tattoo Life Magazine, based out of Italy.
While photo-realism has become what he is best known for, Dead Ed can work in any style, whether color or black and grey. His need to always keep growing as an artist means that his work is constantly evolving. In his spare time, Dead Ed enjoys oil painting, sketching, reading comics, watching zombie films, and playing video games.
