I'm Paul, I'm 25 and I tattoo at the Inkwell 215 in philly. I've been interested in art since I was a kid and tattoos always fascinated me. I started getting tattooed when I was 18 and after a few years I began toying with the thought of trying to get into it myself. Fast forward a few years and here we are.
