I learned how to tattoo in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam in an unconventional apprenticeship before moving to Cambodia's capitol city, Phnom Penh, where I tattooed professionally in a Western style (English owned) street shop. Though I am influenced by Asian culture and imagery, my true passion is classic/American traditional tattooing with modern flair. After living abroad for a few years I moved back to the USA, traveled and did guest spots in different cities, and then worked in New Orleans for a little over a year before opening up Lucky Dagger Tattoo
