Hi! My name is Goldie, or kunu_tattoos! I’m a half-Filipino tattoo artist. Ever since I was a kid I drew and did art, as I grew up I continued to take art classes and took AP art. I also have a minor in Fine Arts from college, with my major being PR and Mass Communications. I am a huge nerd and love rom coms, horror movies, anime and video games; I’m also a huge animal nerd and horse girl.
I am able to tattoo in many different styles due to the way I was taught. I started and complete my tattoo apprenticeship in El Paso,TX at the Good Life Tattoo Parlor. I currently tattoo out of a shop in Phenix City, AL (I’m a 2nd year artist, coming up on year 3), South Railroad Ink.
The styles I love to tattoo in are Fineline, illustrative, semi realism, neotraditional and color realism.
My favorite subjects to tattoo are anything gothy, witchy, cottagecore, animals, nature, florals, anime, cartoons, and female portraits.
I would like to tattoo more realism and portraits, and become more familiar with Japanese-style tattooing. I am able to do coverups and work in black & grey; and color— certain subjects I prefer to do black and grey with, and others in color
