Neil Nelson hails from South West Florida and has been tattooing since 2001. His specialties include portraits, color, anything fantasy, horror or sci-fi and of course, black and gray. He is also one of the artists that does specialize in cover-ups and has many techniques towards covering up tattoos. He charges 150.00 an hour and takes an additional cover-up deposit of 100.00 dollars towards cover-ups. His hours are Mon, Tues, Thur, and Fri from 1-10pm.
