Pierced Hearts Tattoo is located in the Bellevue neighborhood in the northern part of Pittsburgh.
As of right now, we have 3 artists.
-Rev Keith, who is the owner, and who has been piercing for 24 years, and tattooing for 7 years.

We are also looking to add another experienced, talented, drama-free tattooer or 2, with clientele.
