Zachary Smith (aka Profet) has been trained in Hua Hin, Thailand and Albany, New York. Although there are no regulations in the state of Pennsylvania for tattoo studios or tattoo artists, Zachary was both licensed as a tattoo artist and blood born pathogen certified during his time in Albany. Sterilization and cleanliness is of the utmost importance to him in his work. He is very eager to work with anyone who has an idea for any style of tattoo and doesnt stop working until you are satisfied!
