Skoty is a well rounded tattooer who loves black and grey and realism with an illustrated touch. He was born in Florida, and grew up in the "Sunshine State" where he spent most of his life surfing, skating, and pretty much anything that involved being outdoors. He always struggled through school but found sanctuary in art class, where he excelled most. After high school he worked one place to another until he found himself enrolled at a mechanic institute for a few years. After a few brief run-ins with the law was offered an opportunity which would change his life indefinitely. He was offered an apprenticeship at a local shop in Vero Beach called "Deuces Wild Tattoo" where he spent 6 years learning andworking before moving to Columbus. In 2016 he was given the opportunity to work with a fantastic collective of artists at High Street Tattoo where he had the pleasure of working for 4.5 years. After the plandemic he made the move over to work with immensely talented group at Sacred Hand Tattoo Society where he continues to grow as an artist and tattooer. He works diligently to never stop learning and always trying new things in all different mediums. He loves just meeting new people and making nice tattoos.
