Rudy Oliva, the owner of Broad Street Tattoo Studio, is from Charleston, SC and has been tattooing for over years. He found his passion for tattooing and committed to it full-time while his wife, Karin, was stationed out in Clovis, NM. Rudy is a former military spouse, his wife being a Veteran of the US Air Force. He enjoys doing all styles of tattoos, but loves tattooing American Traditional and illustrative color.
