Jero Garza is a Lansing Michigan native and professional tattoo artist. His career started in 2012 at a small shop in Lansing MI where he was trained in the dangers and prevention of cross contamination, BBP, CPR. Its also a place that helped him hone his skills and begin to develop as an artist. When not hanging out with his wife, kids or dogs he tattoos, paints and builds cars. He does custom & traditional flash tattoos 6 days a week for anyone with the desire for a unique hand drawn tattoo or traditional flash piece with or without the twist. Other creative interests include metal working, wood, stone, oil and watercolor painting.
I enjoy spending time with clients, developing their ideas and making them come to life. After the completion of every tattoo, I will have the benefit of being a part of their excitement and relief, enduring the whole process of pokes and pricks.
"Anyone can go into a local art store and buy a painting, but not everyone can get tattooed. Tattoos cost you something that cannot be measured in dollars and cents. They cost you pain and suffering for a moment, but the satisfaction of reward far outweighs the passing displeasure of a little pain, that's what makes them so addictive."
I like to keep my artwork rounded, refusing to be recognized for only doing one style of tattoo. I enjoy working with black and grey just as much as color, both are rewarding in their own right.
