“I’ve been tattooing 10 years professionally. I started tattooing at the age of 13. It wasn’t until I did my apprenticeship at Wizard Tattoo in Beaumont, TX and a semi-apprenticeship at Flipper’s Skin Flix in Bridge City, TX, that I started to take it more seriously. I represent myself through my work. For me, tattooing isn’t just about art; it’s also about being a great craftsman and working with your hands and mind. As far as Art is involved, I also paint with black oil, watercolor, but I enjoy sketching most of all. I’m most interested in black and grey tattooing but I don’t discriminate. I enjoy tattooing pretty much anything that can be tattooed. I’m a hustler by nature and am really into doing anything that keeps me busy and paid. My influences in the tattoo industry have mostly been people I’ve worked with and met along the way through my career. I’m a strong believer in keeping an open mind and learning from everyone. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my wife, family, and friends. I also enjoy building on and riding my motorcycle, practicing Muay Thai, and mountain biking when I can. Hopefully this gives you an insight about me when making your decision on which tattoo artist you would like to work with. Also, please come to me with respect, patience, and a good knowledge base of the subject that you will be getting tattooed. For first timers, especially young adults, please consider placement and future career choices before making a decision on your first tattoo. Thanks for reading and hope to see you soon…X”
